After the seminar led by our colleague Bernt Böhmer of the TÜV Rheinland Group "ISB für TISAX® (TÜV)" we were very pleased to receive personal feedback from Ms. Sina Friedreich, Information Security Coordinator and Documentation Manager at Eberspächer, which we are allowed to publish here.
The seminars in the area of TISAX® organized in cooperation with TÜV Rheinland provide an overview of the application and contents of the TISAX assessment and provide a deeper understanding of the contents of the VDA-ISA catalog with regard to information security, data protection and prototype protection.

Kürten & Lechner GmbH (KL Druck, https://www.kldruck.de ) from Bergisch Gladbach is a company that has been operating successfully on the market since 1896 in the fields of digital printing, screen printing, offset printing and UV offset printing. Especially large print products in the field of outdoor advertising and POS as well as trade fairs and events are their specialty. Large companies and market leaders from many industries use the products of KL Druck.
At the beginning of 2019, a customer from the automotive industry requested that KL Druck be audited according to TISAX® in order to receive further orders. KL Druck has been present in the automotive industry for several years and has already successfully passed several VDA ISA assessments. The company was all the more surprised when, in the course of the TISAX® audit process, the existing measures were no longer sufficient. Although a good level of safety existed, it did not meet the high requirements for the TISAX® label.
With the help of David Zinzius, Senior Consultant at OPTIQUM GmbH, the test report was analyzed and an action plan was created to achieve the TISAX® label as quickly as possible. In doing so, it was important to take other industries into account and thus achieve added value for all KL Druck customers through the improved management system.
With the active support of Tim Heinz, Head of Lean Management and new Information Security Officer, and Mr. Dirk Hegner, Head of Information Technology, the existing system was adapted to the VDA ISA requirements and newly documented within four and a half months. During this process, the management with the responsible managing director Gerhard Worch was informed at all times and contributed the necessary resources. Many processes were revised and missing processes were added. The risk management system was expanded and the way was paved for a tool-supported inventory. The purchasing process was supplemented by the requirements of information security and the change management including the project management was revised.
In the course of the project, the implementation was reviewed in an internal audit by Bernt Böhmer, Senior Consultant at OPTIQUM GmbH and certified IATF auditor, and the resulting improvements were implemented.
Already during the implementation phase, KL Druck received an order even before the final completion of the audit process due to its listing in the ENX TISAX® portal.
At the end of October 2019, the follow-up audit was carried out by the testing service provider operational services and successfully completed after 2 days of intensive testing - without any deviations. KL Druck has thus been successfully audited in accordance with TISAX® for the next three years and can use this competitive advantage for itself-
Tim Heinz, KL Druck:Optiqum's consulting services were not limited to meeting formal requirements only to pass the TISAX audit, but rather assisted us in initiating a viable and living information security management system.
The Optiqum consultant was able to impress us with his extensive knowledge, practical advice and hands-on mentality.
David Zinzius, OPTIQUM:The project was an interesting job in an innovative and agile company. The cooperation with the responsible employees and the management was very pleasant and everyone contributed to the success together.
