The TISAX ® assessment process
Scope and GAP determination to establish the status quo in your company.
- Implement: The measures from the GAP analysis are transferred to the existing processes.
- Training: We train your employees on the system.
- Life: the entire system is lived in the company and thus tested for practical feasibility.
- Internal review: The extent to which the targeted maturity levels for the pending certification audit have been achieved is now tested.
Online registration as a TISAX® participant on the ENX platform
Home – ENX Portal
Registration is a prerequisite for all further steps and is subject to a fee.
During the online registration process:
- You will be asked to provide your contact details and payment information.
- You must accept the General Terms and Conditions.
- Have the option of defining the scope of the information security audit.
Carrying out the assessment on the basis of documents and/or on-site visits.
Exam preparation:
- Preparation for the information security audit, depending on the current maturity level of the information security management system.
- The preparation is based on the ISA catalog.
Test service provider selection:
- Selection of a TISAX audit provider from the ENX network.
Information security audit(s):
- Performance of the test by the selected testing service provider.
- The inspection process is based on a defined inspection scope that meets the requirements of your customer/partner.
- At least an initial examination, further steps may be necessary if you fail.
Test result:
- After passing the assessment, you will receive the official “TISAX® Assessment Report” from your assessment provider.
- The test result also receives TISAX® labels.
- Interim report with agreement on the implementation of pending measures
- Disclosure of the determined results to the company.
- Clarification of open questions and discussion of possible measures to improve safety standards.
- Implementation of measures to close identified security gaps (GAP analysis).
- Integration of the necessary security measures into the existing processes.
- Preparation of a detailed report on the status of the security level in the company.
- Presentation of the measures implemented and the safety maturity achieved.
- Posting the final report on the TISAX® online platform
